AGM 2019

Despite the incredibly windy weather, a record 38 members and friends attended our AGM held at Michael and John’s in Old Boars Hill. It was wonderful to see Clive Hamilton-Gould’s 1939 Cabourg, Peter Wigglesworth’s 1934 Cabourg, Kevin Cook’s 1924 AM, Mike Tebbett’s 1930 AM80 and Theo & Jude Mezger’s 1936 Lancefield.

We were saddened that Sandra and Barry Stapleton and Tony Curtis, stalwart members of the Club, were unable to attend due to sickness, but it was lovely to see Don Harrington from Australia and Erik Ulrix from Portugal.

After meeting up once more with old friends – and consuming coffee and cakes -, the meeting, ably led by Paul, our President, followed the usual format.

Aperitifs and a delicious lunch followed, and the meeting ended with the raffle (very productive!) and a video presentation of the Club’s activities during the past year. Once again, a successful meeting and our thanks go to Michael and John for their hospitality.
